REGULATIONS

  • School fees are paid termly and must be paid by the first week of the term.
  • No fee is refundable.
  • In order to avoid misunderstanding, newcomers to school will be given a “settling in” period of one week before any school fees.
  • During the school year, if any child is absent for a month due to holiday or sickness, the school fees must be paid. Please also note that the school must be notified a term in advance if your child will not be attending the next term. Should you fail to do this, a full term’s fees will be payable to the school. There is a 5% rise every year.
  • A copy of your child’s birth and health certificate is required for the school records, by the Welfare Department.
  • Children who are ill (suffering from fever, heavy cold, diarrhea, or any other contagious disease) must be kept home until the all clear has been given by the doctor or until 24 hours have passed without the symptoms.
  • Please send to school a HEALTHY snack for your child. Un- healthy snacks, like chocolates, chocolate covered biscuits, crisps, sweets are not allowed.
  • In order for your child to benefit from all school activities, ensure that he/she is in class by 9:00 a.m.
  • If your child is to be picked up by someone other than the one that regularly does so or any persons unknown to the staff, please advise the school giving the name of that person.
  • A school uniform must be worn at all times. They can be purchased at the school when your child starts to attend.
